1. About us

Company: TB Group AS
Organisation number: 921 561 172
Address: Hamrane, 5704 Voss, Norway
Email: kurssit@tomiberg.fi
Website: kurssit.tomiberg.fi

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases and use of our online courses, training, coaching, digital materials and other services offered through this website.

Our services are primarily delivered in Finnish. Customers may be individuals or businesses located in Norway or other countries.

2. Products and orders

The product description and information presented before purchase explain what is included, the price, the payment arrangement and the duration of access or service.

Please review this information before placing an order. Any specific terms agreed for your purchase form part of your agreement with us.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase independently. If you purchase on behalf of a business, you must have authority to enter into the agreement for that business.

We send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. Please contact us if your confirmation or access instructions do not arrive.

3. Prices and payments

The applicable price, currency, taxes and any additional charges are shown before you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment information is handled by Stripe in accordance with its applicable terms and privacy information.

Any instalment arrangement or recurring payment must be clearly stated before purchase. Paying in instalments does not, by itself, make a purchase a cancellable subscription.

We do not introduce recurring charges unless you have agreed to them.

4. Delivery and access

Online courses and digital materials are generally delivered through Kajabi. Access instructions are sent to the email address used for the purchase.

Delivery times, access periods, coaching sessions and any scheduled activities are described in the relevant offer or agreed separately.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact details and having a suitable device, internet connection and compatible browser. Any additional technical requirements will be stated before purchase.

If you cannot access purchased content, contact kurssit@tomiberg.fi so that we can investigate and resolve the problem.

5. Consumer withdrawal rights

If you purchase as a consumer, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of entering into the agreement, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To exercise this right, email kurssit@tomiberg.fi with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Include your name, the product or service purchased and your order date or order number.

You may use the following wording, but you are not required to use it:

“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my agreement for the following product or service: [product or service]. Order date: [date]. Customer name: [name]. Customer address: [address]. Date of notice: [date].”

Digital content

For digital content supplied without a physical medium, the withdrawal right may be lost once delivery begins only if all applicable legal requirements have been met. These include your express prior consent to delivery during the withdrawal period, your acknowledgement that you will lose your withdrawal right, and the required confirmation from us.

Accepting these general terms alone does not constitute that separate consent.

Coaching and other services

If you expressly request that a service begin during the withdrawal period and subsequently withdraw, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for the service already provided, where permitted by law.

The withdrawal right for a fully performed paid service may be lost only when the applicable requirements for prior consent and acknowledgement have been met.

Where withdrawal applies, we will make the required refund within the statutory deadline, generally within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not generally apply to purchases made for business purposes.

6. Cancellations and subscriptions

Any booking cancellation rules, subscription renewal terms, minimum commitment or notice period must be disclosed before purchase.

If a product is offered as a subscription, the billing interval and cancellation arrangements will be stated in the offer. You may contact kurssit@tomiberg.fi to request cancellation.

A request to cancel future renewal is separate from a statutory withdrawal request or a complaint about a defective service.

If we cancel a paid service and cannot provide an agreed alternative, we will refund the amount attributable to the service not provided.

Nothing in this section restricts mandatory cancellation, termination or refund rights.

7. Problems with a product or service

If purchased content or a service is not delivered, does not match the agreed description or has a technical problem, please contact us promptly with details.

We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, this may include restoring access, correcting the problem, providing the missing service, reducing the price or issuing a refund.

Your statutory rights concerning defective digital content or services remain unaffected. Any additional satisfaction guarantee applies only if expressly included in the offer.

8. Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your login details secure and do not share your account with unauthorised users.

You must not use our services to distribute unlawful content, harass others, infringe intellectual property rights, interfere with the platform or gain unauthorised access.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a serious breach or protect the service and its users. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and allow you an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Any restriction will respect your contractual and statutory rights.

9. Intellectual property

Our course materials, videos, texts, worksheets and other original content are protected by intellectual property law.

Your purchase grants you access and permission to use the materials for the purpose and users specified in the offer. Unless otherwise agreed, an individual purchase is for the purchaser’s own use.

A business purchase does not automatically permit unlimited sharing or distribution. Any permission for multiple users must be included in the offer or agreed with us.

You may not resell, publish, distribute, share account access or reproduce substantial parts of the materials without permission, except where permitted by law.

You retain ownership of original content you submit. You grant us only the permission reasonably necessary to receive, display and use that content to deliver the service. We will obtain separate permission before using your content as a public testimonial or marketing material.

10. Information and results

Our services provide education, information and practical guidance about working in Norway and related topics.

Results depend on factors including your experience, qualifications, actions and labour market conditions. We do not guarantee employment, income or any particular outcome.

General course information does not replace individual legal, tax or other professional advice where such advice is needed.

These statements do not reduce our obligation to deliver the content and services promised in your purchase.

11. Personal data and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how TB Group AS processes personal data, including the use of Kajabi and Stripe.

We may send messages necessary to deliver and administer your purchase, such as access instructions, payment notices and service updates.

A purchase does not automatically constitute consent to all marketing communications. Marketing is handled in accordance with applicable law, and you may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

12. Responsibility

We are responsible for delivering the agreed products and services in accordance with applicable law.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or legal remedies.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and for using the information appropriately in your circumstances.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version provided or made available when you purchase applies to that purchase.

Changes affecting an existing ongoing agreement will be made only where permitted by the agreement and applicable law. We will provide any required notice and termination rights.

An updated website text does not automatically remove rights arising from an earlier purchase.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law.

If you are a consumer living in another country, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply under the law of your habitual residence.

Please contact kurssit@tomiberg.fi first so that we can try to resolve any complaint.

Consumers may also seek assistance from the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet), an applicable consumer dispute resolution body or the competent courts.

Nothing in these terms restricts your right to bring a claim in a court or use a complaint procedure available under mandatory law.
